HAPPY 4TH BIRTHDAY TO GREAT BRITISH CHEFS.
I have been working with Ollie and the team at Great British Chefs since the very first App: they have sent me on road trips, I have travelled thousands of miles and shot even more images for them.
Some of the chefs I have had the pleasure of shooting for Great British Chefs include Tom Aikens, Josh Eggleton, Alan Murchison, Gary Jones, Robert Thompson, Adam Simmonds, Michael Wignall, and Cornish favourites Paul Ainsworth and Nathan Outlaw. Ollie and Elliot spoke of some very exciting developments in the new year – cant wait to see what these digital pioneers have up the sleeves of their chef-whites!
The party was held in their offices in London and was full of chefs and bloggers. The cocktails were amazing and an excellent cake from Victoria’s Cake Boutique.
The tasty highlight of the evening for me were the pink cocktails, mixed up by Rik Patel. Further details to follow, but I think this is what he was shaking up with ice:
- 2 oz (60 mL) Vodka
- 1 oz (30 mL) Creme de Peche
- 2 oz (60 mL) Sugar Syrup
- A few dashes of Peychaud’s Bitters (lovely stuff!)
