I have been flat out over the last couple of months working on a new project based on South West food, cooking and produce. It has made me acutely aware of just how much bounty we have on our door step here in South West. Up the road from our house is the truly wonderful Deli Farm Charcuterie – producers of award winning artisan air dried salami & meats. These guys make some really delicious stuff, supplying some of the top restaurants in the region with a properly inspiring ingredient.
You can buy their meat online, and the shop is worth a look, if only to have a giggle at the ‘Knob Ends’.
